• Health & Well-Being

Access to physical and mental health care is critical for every child’s development—but for many vulnerable young people, these services remain out of reach. Our Health and Well-Being grants help cover the costs of essential needs that fall outside of government supports. This includes dental and vision care, prescription medications, mobility aids, therapeutic services, and mental health supports like counselling. By removing financial barriers, we help ensure vulnerable kids and youth have access to the care they need to stay healthy, feel supported, and grow with confidence.

  • Education

Education opens doors to opportunity, stability, and empowerment—but many vulnerable kids face systemic and financial barriers to success in school. Our educational supports range from tutoring for students struggling to keep up, to bursaries that help young people pursue post-secondary studies or trades training. Our goal is to walk alongside young people as they learn, grow, and achieve their goals—on their own terms.

  • Recreation

Every child deserves the chance to play, explore, and experience the joy of being a kid. Through our Recreation Support Fund, we help families access sports programs, art and music classes, summer camps, after-school clubs, and other enriching activities. These opportunities not only build confidence, resilience, and life skills—they also offer safe spaces for connection, creativity, and healing. We believe that recreation is more than just fun—it’s an important part of a child’s well-being and sense of belonging.

  • Transitioning to Independence

The transition out of care can be a confusing and isolating time. Many young adults face this transition without stable housing, financial support, or family networks. That’s why we offer dedicated funding for former youth in care, helping with emergency needs, educational expenses, mental health services, transportation, and other essentials. These supports are designed to meet young adults where they are, helping them build independence, navigate adulthood, and move forward with strength and stability.
